OUR ELDERS
Our Elder Team, comprised of pastors and lay elders, leads Heritage with care and oversight as examples and under-shepherds of the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ.
ARNIE VANDOREN
Arnie and Kelly have been members of Heritage since 2000. Arnie oversees Baptisms, Discipleship (One-on-One), Personnel, and Men’s Ministry.
BRIAN KEOGH
Brian and Elizabeth have been members of Heritage since 2005. Brian oversees Benevolence.
BILL WALKER
Bill and Toni have been members of Heritage since 2010. Bill oversees Facilities, Haven of Hope, Young Adults, and our Meals Ministry.
CHRISTOPHER CAMPBELL
Pastor Christopher and Marianne have been members of Heritage since 2022. Christopher oversees Discipleship and Worship, including Children, Youth, Family Ministries, and Life Groups.
KEVIN WRIGHT
Pastor Kevin and Joy have been members of Heritage since 2015. Kevin oversees Teaching, Administration, Counseling, Fellowship, Leadership Development, Women’s Ministry, Missions, and Vacation Bible School.
PETE MONAGHAN
Pete and Melissa have been members of Heritage since 2003. Pete oversees the Financial Team, King’s Ministry (Widows), and Senior Adults.
STAN HARDIN
Stan and Amy have been members of Heritage since 2011. Stan oversees Financial Counting, Ushers, Security, and Sunday Morning Hospitality teams.

OUR MINISTRY STAFF
Our Ministry Staff works together as pastors, ministry directors, and administrative support to equip the saints for biblical ministry and discipleship.
Kevin Wright, D.Min, M.Div
Teaching Pastor, Elder
Pastor Kevin serves as Heritage’s primary teacher of God’s Word. Before earning a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (SEBTS), he attended Samford University in Birmingham, AL, and was a missionary in East Africa. For the next eleven years, Kevin pastored youth and families in Kingsland, GA, during which time he and Joy adopted their two boys. God gave Kevin a heart to come alongside hurting families and a passion for counseling. He completed a Doctorate of Ministry in Biblical Counseling from SEBTS and certification as a biblical counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). The Wright family moved to New England in 2015, where Kevin served as Pastor of Counseling and Family Ministries at Heritage until March of 2022 when he stepped into the role of Teaching Pastor.
Christopher Campbell, M.Div
Pastor of Discipleship & Worship, Elder
Pastor Christopher serves Heritage with a pastoral focus on biblical worship and discipleship. He earned a Master of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School in Birmingham, AL, and has pastored for eleven years in the Southeast. To better serve the discipleship needs at Heritage, Christopher is training for certification as a biblical counselor through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) and equipping the saints through local church membership. He regularly teaches Sunday School and assists in preaching. Christopher, Marianne, and their three children moved from North Alabama to New England in July 2022.
Alex Tufano, MATM
Youth Pastor
Pastor Alex serves Heritage with a focus on youth ministry. He earned a Master of Arts in Theology and Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary, with an emphasis on Youth, Family, and Culture. In addition to serving as a minister to students, Alex taught youth ministry courses as an adjunct professor at Nyack College and Capital Seminary. He enjoys cooking, watching sports, and playing board games. After a decade of ministry in New Jersey, Alex and Kate (both New England natives) returned to New England to serve with Heritage in 2021. They have three children.
Courtney Porter, M.Ed
Children's Ministry Director
Courtney directs the children’s ministries at Heritage after serving for many years in multiple areas, including VBS, Sunday School, and Junior Church. She earned a Master of Education degree in Higher Education in Student Affairs from Salem State University and worked in Residence Life at Framingham State University, overseeing community life and operations. Courtney’s background in education consists of operating a local home daycare, teaching online English classes, tutoring in a classical education community group, and homeschooling her children. Courtney and Glen have four children and keep busy playing soccer, hiking, or enjoying movie nights at home.
