The youth ministry at Heritage exists to develop resilient disciples. Our hope and prayer is that students would leave our ministry with a faith that lasts, as we partner with parents and the church in intergenerational relationships to disciple them. While a large part of this discipleship happens through relationships, there are a few regular programs we have as well.

  • Sunday School: Sunday mornings from 9:00-9:45 am, for grades 6-12 – We are currently walking through a series on the Character of God, studying a different attribute each week. The class is a mix of dialogue and teaching, designed to promote interactive discussion.
  • Youth Group: Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:30 pm, for grades 6-12 – We alternate between weeks together as one large group with games, musical worship, and teaching, and weeks broken into small groups with teaching, prayer for each other, and relationship building. We have a team of youth leaders who are invested in caring for and building relationships with the students.
  • Occasional Events and Trips: From time to time we’ll have events outside our regular schedule, to serve, have fun, and build relationships. We also have a weekend retreat each winter and a week of camp each summer.

We’d love to connect with you and figure out how we can best get your student plugged into our ministry! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Pastor Alex. You can also connect to our Church Center group for youth parents here!
