Shepherding groups, also known as homegroups, are an ideal way of getting connected with other people at Heritage in an informal, relaxed setting. These groups meet at people's homes around the Wachusett region. Each week or two, a group gets together to fellowship (a churchy word which means "talk and share"), study the Bible or talk about the Sunday message, and pray. Here are the current shepherding groups:
- Barre. Meets on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of the month from 6-8pm at the home of Cary Noel. Study focuses on applying the Sunday morning message to everyday life. Contact: Carry Noel or Dave Cobb.
- Oakham. Meets on the 1st & 3rd Friday of the month at 6:30pm at the home of Phil Loricco. Study focuses on applying the Sunday morning message to everyday life. Contact: Phil Sharon Loricco.
- Princeton. Meets on the 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month from 7-9pm at Rich & Kim Wagner. Study focuses on applying the Sunday morning message to everyday life. Contact: Rich and Kim Wagner.
- East Princeton. Meets on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of the month at 6:30pm at the home of Doug Knepper. Contact: Doug Knepper or Ted Appleby.
- Sterling. Meets on the 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month at 6:30pm at the Scott Hassett home. Study focuses on the Disciplines of a Godly Family. Contact: Scott or Gail Hassett.
- Westminster. Meets on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of the month at 7pm at Paul Nickerson. Study focuses on the Disciplines of a Godly Family. Contact: Paul Nickerson or Mike McTigue.
