Welcome to Special Ministries, a ministry designed to help families and loved ones affected by disabilities worship fully, fellowship freely and serve willingly as part of the body of Christ at Heritage Bible Chapel. Families and loved ones affected by disabilities can sometimes feel alone or overwhelmed with everyday tasks and the challenges that special needs and disabilities can bring. Coming to Sunday services or attending church wide events can be difficult. With that in mind, it is the goal of Special Ministries to offer encouragement and assistance through a number of different ways. We offer large print Bibles and bulletins for use during Sunday services along with hearing assistance devices, hand fidgets, noise reduction headphones, and special access seating. We have a Special Ministries room that is designed to adapt to different needs and is available for use during the worship service. We have a respite care program in place with future plans for disability awareness and training events along with networking opportunities for families affected by disabilities. We are located in the main foyer of the church just outside the sanctuary. We are ready to assist you in whatever way we can.
